Enfield was founded in 1683, originally a part of Springfield, Massachusetts, The Town of Enfield was first surveyed along Enfield Street* between 1680 and 1700. This walking tour begins at Enfield Street School and heads north to Old Town Hall Museum. We will tour the museum and continue past the Congregational Church, the former home of Orrin Thompson, the Jonathan Edwards stone monument and Martha A. Parsons House Museum. The tour will head north past Bridge Lane then back to Enfield Street School. (Rain Date: Sunday, September 5, 2021)
