Fred Bird, owner of Fred Bird Photography will present a two hour lecture entitled, Introduction to Close-Up and Macro Photography.
The unaided human eye is generally incapable of focusing on objects that are closer than 3” to 4” away. To observe anything closer than this, you need accessory lenses, magnifying glasses, eye loupes, and microscopes. Your camera also usually requires accessories or refinements when called to focus on objects that are only a few inches away. Fred will share tips so the photographer can resolve or avoid problems and take high quality, excellent photographs.
