The Friends of the Library welcome folk musician Ken Lelen. Come for lunch and to hear some great music. Ken will present a concert of topical, folk and traditional protest songs written by folkies and singer-songwriters that were hits, along with anthems that were favored by American post-WWII teens.
Ken Lelen sings legendary love songs and plays vintage acoustic guitars. Brimming with memorable tunes, clever lyrics and amusing stories, he’s a hit with diverse audiences, sundry venues, niche markets. Performing dozens of concerts every year across the East Coast, he's known for acoustic renditions of jazz, ragtime and swing, smooth vocals and deft guitar work.
