Modern Film Scoring with Dominic Mobilia

Dominic Mobilia, the presenter, is a musician, a music educator, and is the owner and operator of Eclectic Studio.net. Currently, he works as a composer in his keyboard-based project studio where he writes custom music tracks in a variety of multi-styled music genres with a distinct cinematic scope and sequence.

While at the Hartt School of the University of Hartford, where he earned a Batchelor of Music in Music Education with a Minor in Vocal/Choral Music, he also became interested in 20th century American orchestral literature and electronic composition.

He has been an active music professional for over fifty years while gaining experience as a multi-keyboardist and performing as a Bass Vocal Soloist at numerous local churches in the Hartford, CT area. Graduate music studies included certification as a Kodaly Music Specialist, child vocal development, classical and modern electronic music composition as well as studio production and engineering courses.

Dominic has completed three compact discs of music that are currently available from various outlets including Apple Music and Amazon.

The most significant film music score completed was for Tourism Prince Edward Island on a film entitled OVER PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND. This was a 71-minute fly-over the island via helicopter that is full of bucolic vistas with appropriate, lush music in many styles and genres and is available for viewing on YouTube.
